            Delegates Zukoff, Young, Hansen, Diserio and Hornbuckle move to amend SB524 on page 19, Section 8C, line 181, following the number (4) by inserting a new sentence, to read as follows:

            “Any existing rules promulgated pursuant to Chapter 29A of this code under the authority of the Library Commission prior to the enactment of this section shall remain in full force and effect until amended by the authority provided pursuant to this section.”
